Located on Gordon Street in between Ben Yehuda and Dizengoff, this apartment is the perfect place for a small family or corporate travelers looking for an authentic Tel Aviv experience. You will be able to access all the points of interest of the city, versatile urban life, restaurants, fast food, clubs only minutes walk from your place.
THE APARTMENT
This is a newly renovated 65 sqm apartment with 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom (meaning one full bathroom with shower, and one separate toilet), with central AC and lots of light! You have your own private 6 sqm terrace, living and dining room with social dining table that can entertain parties or family get togethers with a sizeable TV with WiFi internet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern facilities. Including a microwave oven, dry oven, gaz stove, washer/dryer and dishwasher and counter space.
The bedroom is quiet and furnished with a big 160cm comfy bed, TV and big closets for your comfort and convenience.
There is one full bathroom with stylish modern design and pampering shower and a separated toilet.
Overall this is a great apartment to host friends and families, very comfortable and safe, amazing central location right next to the beach, the Carmel market, TLV landmarks, great restaurants and the vibrant TLV nightlife, yet quiet because it has double glazing windows and not on the street side.
GUEST ACCESS
The whole apartment is at your disposal for a pleasant stay. Guests will have access to a fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi connection and a great Mediterranean breeze.

In the apartment you can enjoy central AC, LCD satellite cable tv for movie nights, 2 comfy couches that comfortably seats 2 plus 2, small dining room table that seats 5-6, fully equipped state of the art kitchen with a stove, dry oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer, dishes and silverware. If there is anything else you may need I'll be glad to assist you.
All kitchen appliances are included with extras such as coffee, tea, oil, spices, cleaning products etc. as well as the washing machine and a/c unit. The apartment comes with fresh towels and bed sheets.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
The apartment is located in between the trendy and central Ben Yehuda street and Dizengof street on Gordon street, meaning that it's just a 2 min walk from the beach, a short distance from the old historic Jaffa, Old North of TLV or the new port of TLV. The apartment is embedded within the TLV lifestyle with all the coffee shops, restaurants, shopping and nightlife that TLV is known for.
GETTING AROUND
If you are coming from the airport you can either take the train that runs regularly and is only a 7 min ride to the TLV train station. From there you can either take a cab, or a take sherut (shuttle van). If you wish to come by taxi it should cost you between 100-180 NIS depending on the time of day.
If you want to take public transportation countless busses and the 24/7 shuttle van run on your street. Both can also take you to the central bus station or train station that are only 10 min away.
