Your vacation will never be the same after having stayed at our luxury villa in Herzliya. This 5 bedrooms house is brand new (built in 2025) and has been decorated with the utmost attention. It offers all the amenities for an unforgettable stay - from a private swimming pool to luxury bedrooms and high end equipments. It is perfectly located in Herzliya Pituach, and only a few minutes from the beach.
*The villa is built on 3 floors and has a private elevator.
*Parking is available.
THE SPACE
The villa is spread over 3 levels. The ground level hosts the living areas as well as a magnificent patio with a seating area, an outdoor dining area and the swimming pool. The bedrooms are located on the upper and lower levels.
- Ground floor
Luxurious living room with a large and comfy sofa and two armchairs, equipped with a flat screen TV.
Fully equipped open kitchen. It has a double sink, a double oven and a large kitchen island which is also a cooking station.
Dining area with a large table which can accommodate up to 10 people.
Guest bathroom with toilets and sink.
Access to the patio from either the living room or the dining area. The patio has a seating area and a dining area for 8 people. It also features a gas grill for evening barbecues and an outdoor kitchen with a sink. The swimming pool is 6X10 meters and features an elegant glass barrier for safety.
- Upper floor.
Master bedroom (bedroom 1) with kosher bed (can be made as a king size bed or two 90 cm single beds), smart TV, full height built in closet and en suite full bathroom with a walk in shower. Access to a private 12m2 furnished terrace.
Bedrooms 2 to 3
Each bedroom features a kosher bed (can be made as a queen size bed or two 80cm single beds), a smart TV, a full height built in closet and an en suite full bathroom with a walk in shower.
Bedroom 3 has access to a private 4m2 balcony.
- Lower ground floor
Bedrooms 4 and 5
Each bedroom features a kosher bed (can be made as a queen size bed or two 80cm single beds), a smart TV, a full height built in closet and an en suite full bathroom with a walk in shower.
Second living room furnished with an XL sofa and equipped with a smart TV. The sofa can sleep another 3 people as it opens as a queen size bed and a single bed altogether.
Laundry room with washer, dryer and storage space.
Bedroom 4 and the living room open to an indoor patio.

The entire apartment is at your disposal for a pleasant stay.
Our team members do their best to be available for our guests, either in person, by email, phone or messages.

PASSPORT AND VAT
- The main guest must present a copy of their passport at the time of the booking and prior entering the apartment.
- Israeli citizens are obliged, by law, to pay an extra 18% VAT of the total booking price.
- The main guest must submit a copy of a valid tourist visa, (the border pass, a blue slip that they will receive at the immigration authority upon arrival in Israel) in order to be exempted from paying VAT. This exemption applies only to people entering Israel on a B/2, B/3, B/4 visa or entering according to a special entry permit, such as diplomats.
- Tourists who fail to present a valid tourist visa will be charged an extra 18% VAT.
- VAT collection, when applicable, must take place before entering the property.
- The management reserve the right to deny entry to the property to a guest unable to present a valid border pass or unwilling to pay 18% VAT while mandatory. In such a case the standard cancelation policy will apply and the price of the booking will be due in full.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The villa is located in a quiet residential and luxury street. The closest beach is 10 minutes walk as well as the Marina. The commercial area with the mall and eateries are also within walking distance - 15 minutes. The villa is only 1km away from the highway which will take you within minutes to the north of Tel Aviv.
GETTING AROUND
We recommend renting a car to access the other beaches of Herzliya and the commercial areas, as well as Tel Aviv.
Buses run on the nearby Wingate street and Aba Eban boulevard.
If you plan on using buses or trains, you'll need to purchase a RavKav card (available at the airport or in the train stations) and load some money on it using the RavKav app on your phone.
For our bold guests, the national trail passes near the house and allows you to walk all the way to Tel Aviv along the sea. A beautiful yet long walk.
Lastly we recommend using the app Gett to order taxis when needed.
