THE SPACE
Open living space, divided between the living room and the kitchen.
Cozy living room with a double seater sofa and equipped with a smart TV.
Fully equipped kitchen with a bar by the window and high chairs.
Bedroom: Double bed, full height closet for your belongings.

PASSPORT AND VAT
- The main guest must present a copy of their passport at the time of the booking and prior entering the apartment.
- Israeli citizens are obliged, by law, to pay an extra 18% VAT of the total booking price.
- The main guest must submit a copy of a valid tourist visa, (the border pass, a blue slip that they will receive at the immigration authority upon arrival in Israel) in order to be exempted from paying VAT. - Tourists who fail to present a valid tourist visa will be charged an extra 18% VAT.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The apartment is located in an authentic neighborhood in the center of Jerusalem.
It is close to the public transportation (Train, Bus, Taxi) which stop within minutes of apartment.
It is a short walk to the Jerusalem's main pedestrian street Ben Yehuda, a few minutes walk from the Mahane Yehuda market.
The mamilla mall and the Old City are also within walking distance.
GETTING AROUND
You can do a lot by foot. Public transportation is widely available around the apartment. If you plan on using buses, trams or trains, you'll need to purchase a RavKav card (available at the airport or in the train stations) and load some money on it using the RavKav app on your phone.
Lastly we recommend using the app Gett to order taxis when needed.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Jerusalem's Old City and all its hidden treasures is right downstairs for you to explore, starting with the historical streets of the jewish quarter. The apartment is a few minutes walk from the Kotel (Western wall) as well as Jaffa gate and the souvenir market.
Besides the Mamilla shopping center is a few minutes away for a more modern experience.
Ben Yehuda street and Mahane Yehuda market are about 20 minutes walk.
