Description
Here is one of the newest and finest additions to our portfolio. Situated in the lovely Jaffa in a brand new building, this penthouse has been carefully designed by a local architects with top quality materials and high end equipments. It is spacious and full of light and boast 2 gigantic decked terraces (90m2 altogether) with a view of the city all the way to the sea.
THE SPACE
The living space is divided between a living room and an open kitchen.
Fully furnished living room equipped with a flat screen smart TV and an upright piano for our music loving guests. The living room has a ceiling fan.
Fully equipped kitchen with top of the line appliances. It has a large kitchen island suitable for cooking and having meals, with 3 bar chairs.
Access to the main decked terrace which offers an entire view over the city of Jaffa all the way to the sea, a dining area with a table, full seating area and a relax area with loungers.
Bedroom 1: Queen size bed, ceiling fan, access to the second terrace with a coffee table and two chairs, ideal from breakfast.
Bedroom 2: Double bed, clothes rack.
Bedroom 3: 2 single beds. This is the safe room of the apartment in case of alert.
2 Full bathrooms with walk in showers.

PASSPORT AND VAT
- The main guest must present a copy of their passport at the time of the booking and prior entering the apartment.
- Israeli citizens are obliged, by law, to pay an extra 17% VAT of the total booking price.
- The main guest must submit a copy of a valid tourist visa, (the border pass, a blue slip that they will receive at the immigration authority upon arrival in Israel) in order to be exempted from paying VAT. This exemption applies only to people entering Israel on a B/2, B/3, B/4 visa or entering according to a special entry permit, such as diplomats.
- Tourists who fail to present a valid tourist visa will be charged an extra 17% VAT.
- VAT collection, when applicable, must take place before entering the property.
- The management reserve the right to deny entry to the property to a guest unable to present a valid border pass or unwilling to pay 17% VAT while mandatory. In such a case the standard cancelation policy will apply and the price of the booking will be due in full.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
This is a recently rehabilitated neighborhood, in the south of Jaffa. The sea is about 1,2 km from the apartment with the seaside Midron Yaffo Park and the Ninja Warrior Playground for the kids. There are also many traditional fish restaurants and some cafés on that sea side. The beach is a little further south, about 1,9 km from the apartment, with some more restaurants, cafés and the Peres Center for Peace and Innovation with is worth seing. The center of Jaffa with the flea market and its ton of restaurants and bar is up north, about 1,5 km. This is a must see, for the antiques as well as all the designer and vintage shops and its unique night life.
GETTING AROUND.
You can do everything on foot or rent a city bicycle from a nearby station on Jerusalem boulevard. There are many buses running on Jerusalem boulevard which will take you about anywhere in Jaffa and Tel Aviv. The light rail which stops 5 minutes away from the apartment is also a good option to quickly reach Tel aviv. If you plan on using buses or trains, you'll need to purchase a RavKav card (available at the airport or in the train stations) and load some money on it using the RavKav app on your phone.
Lastly we recommend using the app Gett to order taxis when needed.
