The apartment is ideally located in the charming and calm neighbourhood of Kerem Hatemanim on the border of Neve Tzedek and Rothchild areas. It is very modern and beautiful. It also has all of the necessary amenities for a perfect stay.
One balcony is accessible from the living room, and the other one from a bedroom.
And as a bonus; there is a private parking area and an elevator.
THE APARTMENT:
Welcome home to your 3 bedroom apartment in the authentic neighborhood of Kerem Hatemanim. This modern and recent building offers you a private parking space, elevator, and two terraces that are accessorized with automated shades, curtains, and A/C. It offers the comfort for a relaxing vacation.
The wonderful and practical open kitchen has all of the new necessary amenities to make delicious meals; including oven, microwave, dishwasher, nespresso coffee machine, plata for shabbat, and a beautiful china.
The living room offers a comfortable sofa for 2 people and a maxi 55‘’ Samsung screen TV with Smart TV.
Of course, it includes Wifi 200 MB throughout the entire apartment.
The first terrace is equiped with lounge outdoor furniture. It is open on the living room.
The second terrace is equiped with a small table and an accessible chair from the bedroom.
The three bedrooms:
- Master bedroom opens up with a queen size bed, a closet, and a bathroom right as you walk inside.
- 2 bedrooms with double beds and closets. One of the bedrooms also has a 37’’ Samsung TV with 171 channels.
The main bathroom is full furnished with a hairdryer, shower, washing machine, and dryer.
The apartment includes towels and linens for your needs.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
The apartment is in a district called Kerem HaTeimanim, or in English, the Yemenite District. This is one of the district's in Tel Aviv that has remained very original. Most of its small houses were built at the beginning of the 19th century and are still standing. The narrowed streets, trees, original restaurants, and flowers growing at every corner makes it all a unique experience.
Only a few minutes walk from the beach and the market and you are already in the heart of Tel Aviv, of course without the noise and the car traffic. This is mainly a pedestrian neighbourhood. Around 20 meters from the house you have a little park for children and an outdoor gym.
You could also take a 20 minute walk and be in Old Yaffo. If you walk to the other side, you can end up at the Dizengoff Center.
GETTING AROUND
There is the Tahana Merkazit (bus station) near the apartment. This is the old bus station of Tel Aviv, right beside the famous HaCarmel market. There are buses that can take you to the HaCarmel Market every couple minutes. Once at the HaCarmel Market, the beach is a 10-15 minute walk, along with the Shook and many surrounding hotels. (Dan Panorama Hotel, Royal Beach Hotel, etc.)
If you are coming from the airport, you can take a taxi for a price between 100-150 shekels, depending on the time of day. There are options to take the train to Tel Aviv's main train station called HaShalom. Then from there, you can take a taxi or bus #6.
