NEIGHBORHOOD
There is a large modern synagogue near the building and a modern commercial center next to it, which includes a large Supermarket (groceries can be brought up to apartment in the supermarket's shopping cart), gas station (including a 24/7 convenience store), cell phone store/lab, pizzeria, Greg's coffee house, and a hair dresser. It is the "greenest" neighborhood in Tel Aviv with lots of public parks including "the Nature Gardens" (which has an large park playground and a very special and beautiful church)
GETTING AROUND
Just a few minutes drive to the beach and to the center Tel Aviv's Rothschild Street, and just a 10-15 minutes walk to Tel Aviv's central bus station and "Hagana" train station.
Located about a 6 minutes walking distance (about 500 meters) from Tel Aviv's "Kibutz Galuiot" road.
