After booking, you will receive our booking confirmation email with the address of the apartment you’re renting. We’ll also send you a reminder email with all the key information a few days before your arrival.

Please read our welcome instructions carefully, including important information about key collection and payment method upon arrival.

We ask that you observe our House Rules during your stay. Please also let us know if you’d like to reserve any Extra.

Your safety is our first priority, so we provide an Emergency Contact Number for you during your stay.

Welcome Instructions for your stay with Feelhome

BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL

Once the booking is made you will receive a booking confirmation with the property address, our arrival contact number, and key collection instructions.

We will also send you an arrival confirmation email to arrange the time of the check-in.

Our standard check-in time is at 15:00.

We know that not all flights land at sociable hours. If you arrive before or after our standard check-in time, please contact us before you make a booking if you have a late or early arrival or other specific requests.

If this will be your first time visiting Israel, you can check out our “First Timer Tips” with useful information to help you prepare for your trip.

ARRIVAL DAY

When you land at Ben Gurion Airport, please remember to contact us 30 minutes before arriving to your apartment, using your specific arrival contact number. This step is important because we need to confirm the exact time you will be arriving at your apartment in order to avoid any waiting.

Our welcome agent will meet you at your booked apartment. They will warmly welcome you and give you all the information you need about the flat, keys and dealing with the procedures of the remaining payment.

The address of the flat is written in our booking confirmation and in the email we will send you a few days before your check-in.

PAYMENT METHODS AT ARRIVAL

We have different methods of rental payment available on your arrival. You can choose from paying in cash or make the payment by debit/credit. Or you can pay by bank transfer and show us a proof of payment. We accept ₪ New Israeli Shekels, £ Pounds, € Euros and $ Dollars.

We include many items as standard on arrival, such as cutlery, pots and pans, bed linen and towel.

Each apartment listing will have a detailed description of what is included.

We also offer additional items available on your request.

We are happy to offer the following extras upon request:

  • Bed linen change (additional set) – Additional fee applies
  • Cleaning service (per visit) – Additional fee applies
  • Cot / Baby Crib ($20/stay)
  • Baby Bathtub ($10/stay)
  • High Chair ($10/stay)
  • Beach Toys (beach racket, jump, shovel, etc.) $15/stay

CHECK OUT TIME

  • Checkout time: before 11 am on the departure date.

LATE CHECK OUT

  • After 11am (on request). Additional Fees apply. Subject to availability.

CHECK OUT PROCEDURE

  • Please leave the keys on the table inside the apartment and doors unlocked, but closed.

SMOKING POLICY

  • Smoking IS NOT permitted in the apartments or in any other area of the property.

We provide an emergency contact number for our clients, available 24/7. This will allow you to ask for assistance with any issues or questions about your apartment during your stay.

You’ll receive this emergency number in your booking confirmation.
